A specialist computer based assessment for sustained attention, concentration and hyperactivity. This is followed by the specialist ADHD assessment where the report is analysed and feedback provided.
We welcome new patients who already have an ADHD diagnosis from another provider, whether in the UK or abroad.
If you have been diagnosed by our trusted partners, then we do not need to re-review, and we can proceed to management of ADHD.
However, if you are diagnosed elsewhere or overseas, we ask to review your existing documentation, check if it is compliant with NICE guidelines and jointly agree on next steps and ensure that you are offered the most appropriate type of appointment.
Our aim is to avoid unnecessary reassessment when a diagnosis has already been completed to an adequate NICE standard.
We will request you to provide your details and send your assessment documents. We may need to contact you either via phone or video link if we need to clarify any information.
If you do not have any documentation, or if the documentation is insufficient then a full ADHD assessment will be required.
This is applicable to children assessed/diagnosed in our clinic or in our trusted partners clinics.

This is a holistic assessment of the child for general emotional and behavioural disorders (anxiety, depression, OCD, tic and Tourettes, PTSD, etc).
Please note that we do not offer an emergency service. We do not see children/young people with serious suicidal thoughts or eating disorder or severe psychotic symptoms. These children are better treated in the NHS, where there is access to admission if needed. We also do not offer Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis as this is best offered in a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) setting (as per NICE guidelines).
This is not an ADHD assessment as background information will not be sought from school, no QB check etc.
