We understand that family life can be demanding and that unexpected circumstances may arise. As a small clinic, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us to offer the appointment slot to another patient.
If an appointment is missed, or if you request to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the appointment cost will apply to cover room and administrative expenses. You may still be charged for the pre-assessment work that has been done, including QB test (£250) and/or administrative process to set up records and send questionnaires (£75), where applicable.
In exceptional circumstances, Dr. Seth may waive this charge at his discretion.
